Max Performance Day

All signs point GO when your Daily Outlook is Max Performance. If you were planning on pushing yourself to your max, do it on an Max Performance day. Your body is in its optimal state to take on stressful tasks and strenuous activities.

Active Recovery Day

Keep it moving but just take it a bit slower on an Active recovery day. On Active Recovery days your body is working hard to recover, but is still able to take on strain. The trick is to be active enough to reap the benefits of the activity, but passive enough for your body to recover!

Rest Day

Your body is begging for a complete Rest Day. Make sure to give your body the rest it needs by taking a day off. One way to make sure you rest adequately is to get enough sleep. Sleep is one of the best forms of recovery to prevent the risk of burnout and overtraining.

Relaxation Day

Your body is exhibiting more stress than usual on Relaxation days, meaning you would likely benefit from some relaxation techniques. If you were planning on doing any stressful activities or strenuous exercise today, we suggest swapping it out for a relaxing activity or re-scheduling it for another day.
